Space at No Cost

In the northeast corner of the Lake View grounds, you’ll find Section 59, which is reserved for our respected and revered United States veterans. Here, we’re proud to provide burial space free of charge to any and all honorably discharged veterans. This particularly sunny spot, dotted with simple gray granite headstones, is an inspiring tribute to those who served. Any honorably discharged veteran can be interred in the Veterans Section with a copy of their DD214. If the veteran has a spouse, the spouse can be interred in the same space. 

Headstone at No Cost

The veteran will be provided an upright headstone at no cost, courtesy of the United States government. In the event of a spouse being interred in the same space, a second right of interment and the same fees will apply. The spouse’s memorialization will be a footstone installed in front of the veteran’s headstone.

Beyond the Veterans Section

If you are an honorably discharged veteran, but are interested in another space in Lake View, or a family lot, a $995 credit will be applied to the purchase of any space in the cemetery.
