Bats of Lake View: Discover the Only Mammals That Fly

Challenge everything you think you know about the only mammal capable of flight. Naturalists from Cleveland Metroparks will lead a discussion followed by a hike to spot bats overhead.

This program will start with a presentation by naturalists with Cleveland Metroparks, inside the Community Mausoleum. Following the presentation, we will explore multiple areas of the cemetery to identify various species of fireflies. The presentation will be about 45 minutes followed by 90 minutes for the walk. The route will be approximately 1.5 miles, on paved roads and grassy terrain that may be hilly or uneven at points.

No physical tickets will be issued. Your name will be added to the event registration list for check-in on the day of the event.
