Contact Us

Exploring the idea of pre-planning as an individual or a family can be overwhelming. Contact one of our Memorial Advisors to understand how to begin the conversation today.

Step 2

Discuss the Process

• Speak with a Memorial Advisor
Speaking with one of our Memorial Advisors will help you understand how the pre-planning process works at Lake View Cemetery.

• Set up an Appointment
During your initial conversation you will set up an appointment to meet with your Memorial Advisor in person or by digital means.

Step 3

Make Arrangements

• Take a Tour and Discuss Options
During your appointment with your Memorial Advisor, you will convey your wishes and needs and be taken on a tour of our grounds. The details of every option will be thoroughly explained and any questions or concerns you have will be addressed.

• Determine Costs
This step in the process begins to narrow down what your final arrangements may look like, as well as establish an understanding of the costs involved. Your arrangements can be finalized now, or reviewed and finalized with your Advisor at your next appointment.

Step 4

Sign & Finalize Your Plans

• Finalize Plans with Your Advisor
Following your initial appointment, if you have not finalized your arrangements, your Memorial Advisor will follow up with you to ensure all of your questions have been answered and your needs met.

• Sign the Agreement
When you finalize your arrangements, you will sign an agreement with Lake View Cemetery and make the necessary down payment.

Step 5

File Your Documents

• Collect Official Documents
Upon completion of the agreement with Lake View, a Certificate of Interment Rights and a Prepaid Certificate will be generated based on your selections. Your Advisor will arrange to deliver your official documents, provide a convenient booklet containing our rules and regulations, and answer any questions you may have.

• Discuss Any Outstanding Arrangements
If there are any other arrangements outstanding that you may pre-plan, your Memorial Advisor will discuss those with you during this meeting.
