View HoursCleveland, Ohio - Lake View Cemetery (Lake View) announces that the beloved Daffodil Hill will experience a significantly reduced bloom this spring.
The daffodil bulbs have reached the end of their natural lifecycle and are no longer able to produce the full, vibrant blooms that visitors have come to expect. This has impacted the overall growth and display this season. As a result, visitors should anticipate a more subdued showing compared to previous years.
Daffodil Hill has long been a cherished spring destination, drawing visitors from across the region to experience its vibrant seasonal display. This fall, Lake View plans to renew the hill with thousands of new daffodil bulbs, including Arkle, Carlton, Dutch Master and Ice Follies. Staff are committed to the long-term care and restoration of Daffodil Hill to ensure its beauty for future seasons.
Visitors are encouraged to explore the grounds and enjoy other signs of spring throughout the cemetery and are welcome to make a gift to bring back the vibrant sweep of color that defines Daffodil Hill.
