Upgrading the Veterans Section

Fundraising Goal: $300,000

Lake View Cemetery is the final resting place for more than 9,000 Veterans who have served the United States of America since the time of the Civil War. Our Veterans Section was founded in 2008 and provides military funerals for those who served and those who were honorably discharged.

To honor the sacrifice of these brave men and women, we are planning the following enhancements to this dedicated section:

• Architectural design for an official military memorial section
• Flags representing each branch of the military with lighting
• Benches for families and visitors
• Covered committal space for services
