Spring Migration Bird Walk

Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 8:30am - 10:00am

Spring Migration Bird Walk

Discover the birds that have selected Lake View as either a stopover to their northern nesting grounds or their haven to stay and raise the next generation.

This early morning excursion will be led by veteran birder “Buster” Banish. With 40-years of birding experience sparked by Audubon Spring Series bird walks with his aunt, he continues working with the East Clark Bird Nerds - a group of 5th -8th graders that study and look for birds during their trips (they’ve been to 7 states and over 100 wild places!) and is currently the leader of the Gates Mills walks for Audubon.

This tour will meet at Wade Pond and will be approximately 1.5 miles, on paved roads and grassy terrain that may be hilly or uneven at points. The walk will last roughly 90 minutes.
