If you wish to know the location of someone interred at Lake View, please call, stop in at the office, send us a letter or email your request with the name and approximate date of death of the person or persons. We will provide you the information free of charge for five names. For each additional name, there will be a one dollar fee for each name requested over the first five names.

Lake View retains copies of all interment records. The interment record includes information such as date of death, place of death, last place of residence, date of birth, place of birth, cause of death, and parents' name. You may request a copy of an interment record for any deceased person buried in Lake View. If you wish a copy of the interment record, there is a ten-dollar fee for each interment record search. Please be aware, not all searches can provide the specific information you may be seeking. Also, please be advised requests for information may take several weeks to be completed based on the number of inquiries received at any one time. Thank you for your patience.

Payment for genealogy and location fees can be made by cash or check payable to Lake View Cemetery Association located at 12316 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106-4393. The cemetery does accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.
